Short version: this site collects nothing on its own. We only handle what you send us directly.
Who we are
Ridge & Co is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@ridgeco.se.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you email us or book a consultation, that means your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message or discuss in the conversation. This website has no contact form, no accounts, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To respond to you and to assess whether an engagement makes sense for both sides. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential engagement, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the statutory period.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Our email and calendar providers process it on our behalf under data processing agreements. We disclose data otherwise only when required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to our processing. Email hello@ridgeco.se and we'll handle it. If you believe we've handled your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
